Registration
Yes, all of our courses require advanced registration. To register for a course, click on the course title in the course calendar page. Once you are on the page for that course, click the orange "register" button in the right hand corner of the page. This will direct you to our online registration portal where you can register and pay with credit card.

If you would like to pay with a company check, or require assistance with registration, feel free to contact us at +1 (403) 467-9040. We will be happy to help.
To cancel your registration, please email registrar@progress-seminars.com. To view our cancellation policy please visit our Policies page.
After you register with us, or after we receive payment of your invoice you will receive an email confirmation with the course details. If you have not received the email confirmation, or have misplace yours, please email us at info@progress-seminars.com
You can register online by clicking on the register link on the course page, or by calling Progress Seminars at +1 (403) 467-9040. We are happy to assist you in the registration process.
Payment
To use your credit, please call us at +1 (403) 467-9040 and we will register you with the credit. If there is an outstanding balance, please have your credit card ready to complete payment.
To receive a new receipt, please email info@progress-seminars.com or contact us at +1 (403) 467-9040.
If you would like to pay by check please contact us at +1(403) 467-9040. Note that you are not registered until we receive payment from your company.
Progress Seminars accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Participation
Yes. During registration, if the course includes lunch, you will be prompted to respond if you require a vegetarian meal.

For some courses, the meal is offered in a restaurant buffet, and there will be vegetarian options present for you.

If the meal is presented in the classroom, there will be a vegetarian option packaged separately for you.

To get a new copy of your certificate, please email info@progress-seminars.com with your full name, the course title and the date that you took the course. We will respond with a replacement PDF certificate.
Inhouse courses are when an instructor comes to a location of your choice and presents their course to your employees. Inhouse courses are a great solution for teams that want to have multiple people trained in a certain subject. They are more cost effective than sending multiple students to a public course, they can be offered in other locations to reduce travel for employees, they are great for bringing employees together to create a common culture and for team building, and best of all, most courses can be customized to allow for a more in-depth learning experience.

If you have a group interested in attending a course, give us a call and see if an in-house course would be a better solution for your team.
For all courses, bring a pen, writing pad, and a calculator. Some of our courses require a laptop, which will be outlined in the course description, your confirmation email and your reminder email.
Yes. Each participant will receive a PDF certificate sent by email after the course is complete. Each certificate will include the participant name, course name and date, the hours of attendance, (CEU and PDH), Instructor name, and an authorization signature.
Online Training
The week before the course, you will receive an email to confirm the delivery information including the portal access code and password. All course materials will be emailed to you the day before the course to view on your desktop during training.

As with a in-person course, you will be able to interact fully with the instructor and other students, and each class size is kept small to allow for easy communication with everyone.

We do not provide any of our instructors contact information; however if you email instructors@progress-seminars.com and tell us who you are trying to contact, we will pass on the message, and the instructor will contact you directly.
